Rewarding and reflective retreat with a fabulous group of warm, welcoming, sharing & open women who were/are not only accomplished but seeking more for themselves. Provided me with clarity in how I will design the next stage of my life

“This retreat weekend was the most meaningful and inspirational step I have taken in my life to date. My life has been about achieving, doing the right thing, and serving others. But, this is the first time I have had the opportunity to discern what is true and meaningful for me. Thank you Kelley and all the wonderful women who attended.

“Kelley it was lovely to see you in action and to see what a great program you put together for the women. I’m sure that your support will help them a lot as they move forward. It was really lovely to see the camaraderie. It was a pleasure participating!

“I’ve known Kelley’s work for a decade, and she’s tirelessly committed to advancing public health, especially women’s health in midlife. I have seen her apply her branding and communication skills in creative ways to engage both consumers and healthcare professionals for better health and wellbeing. I highly recommend her to any healthcare or wellness organization

Design the Second Half of Your Life meets you where you to embrace your gifts, your purpose and live into your possibility!

Design the Second Half of Your Life meets you where you to embrace your gifts, your purpose and live into your possibility!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelley Connors over the course of about six weeks this past fall. Through the five-step coaching program, I was able to easily discover the places where had become “stuck” and unable to figure out a favorable path forward. Talking with Kelley was easy and fruitful. While she didn’t “instruct” me in what to do, she offered ample suggestions for different ways to look at my professional life and helped me notice the opportunities that had been right in front of me all along. In addition, she persuaded me to add quality to my personal life by taking time to reflect on what makes me happy, to meditate (being mindful of the amount of time I actually have for this) and – my favorite – to use my commuting time to listen to beautiful, stress-reducing music as a way to self-soothe and calmly enter the day.
I looked forward to each conversation with Kelley, as well as the occasional great ideas and insights she sent me during the week in between phone calls. I felt that she really “heard” me and was very quickly plugged into the issues I was having and how to help. The program more than met my expectations and I would certainly recommend it to anyone seeking help in taking the next steps forward – or sideways(!) – in their careers.
